WCA Prom FAQs
1. Can any homeschooler attend this prom?
YES! All homeschooled students and their homeschooled/non-homeschooled guests are invited to the WCA Prom. This includes homeschoolers in any other state as well. WCA members do receive a ticket discount because it is our members who support our cooperative and its events.
2. What happens after I purchase my ticket/s using your payment link?
Within 48-hours you will receive a payment confirmation email. In that email is your address confirmation, permission forms, hotel & local attraction discount codes, picture package flyers, and Grand March Registration link.
3. How do I receive my ticket after purchasing it online?
Tickets are mailed by May 5th to the purchase address located in your ticket confirmation email, unless you have indicated otherwise in the payment notes area. Tickets purchased after May 10th may be picked up at Prom check-In.
4. What is a Prom Grand March?
Grand March is the prelude to Prom – the time for students to see and be seen. It’s designed to get students excited for the big event and to let parents, friends, and family see all of the students dressed up for Prom. Also, during the Grand March each student will introduced.
5. Who can attend the Grand March?
The Grand March is free and open to all parents, family, and friends of prom attendees. Come and see all of the prom attendees in their formal attire. However, only prom ticket holders may "March" and be introduced.
6. How do I sign-up for the Pre-Prom Grand March?
Once your WCA Prom ticket payment has cleared, you will be sent a ticket payment confirmation email. Your link to sign-up for the Grand March will be in that email. Only those who sign-up will be "announced".
7. Will the Grand March take place in the same location as the prom?
Yes. This year it will be in the Great Wolf Lodge Theatre.
